This moderately intense 30min bootcamp-style workout is designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the gluteal muscles. This class is for beginners and anyone wanting to learn how to isolate their glute muscles for special dances such as twerking AND/OR for those obsessed with amplifying the round shape of the gluteal muscles. Men and women are both welcomed in this class. Attendees have the option to view the class without their personal workout being shared with others.
