At the very core of a Bolly X workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood. Cardio 1 classes are a 50-minute cardio workout that burns between 500 and 800 calories. This high-energy class cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. ​​​​Low Impact classes have all of the flare and fanfare, but with less hoping and jumping. I am certified in both and will adapt the class based on who is participating. So, all ability and fitness levels are encourage to come and unleash their inner Rockstar with me. Due to brand restrictions, this class will not be available On-Demand. I can only teach this class live. This class is SilverSneakers approved so please let me know if you are a member, If you are, this class is FREE for you.
