Join me for a fast paced Tabata style workout using only bodyweight exercises. We will work in short bursts of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. No equipment needed except a mat for on the floor moves. Modifications provided for high impact moves so all fitness levels can participate! Class includes warm up, 30 minute workout, and cool down/stretch
