Description

This class is designed to workout your entire body using your entire body. You will have three (3) one minute (1) rounds to complete the exercises and then take a break. You will switch between lower body and upper body including core exercises. The exercises will vary between your rounds.

The warm-up room opens 15 minutes prior to the class. - We highly recommend you test your device setup ahead of time. Test Device
You can cancel up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor.
