This class will begin with a 5 min dynamic stretching warm up, followed by a 25-35 min circuit training session using your own body weight. I will show you how to modify, if need be. The last 25 minutes will be all yoga stretching. You can stay for the whole hour or join for just the circuit training... its up to you. All moves can be done with body weight, but if you need to add resistance, I recommend purchasing a kettlebell, mini resistance bands, and/or regular size resistance bands.
