This routine will help strengthen and condition your entire body with emphasis on biceps. We will do some biceps variations such as hammer curls, lunges with biceps curls, old school Arnold curls, dumbbell cleans, planks, and stepping, for 3 rounds of 30, 45, and 60 seconds intervals.
