This yoga class is a gentle way to stretch your back from the base of your skull to your tailbone. It welcomes all skill levels and doesn't require equipment. However, I welcome you to include a strap or belt,, blocks, blankets and pillows or bolsters to enhance your experience. We will pepper a bit of mild cardio to ensure the body is warm.
