MUSIC PLAYLIST Stationary cycling emphasizes cardiovascular training while strengthening leg muscles. The resistance band option works the upper body off the bike's handlebars. Options to go hard with jumps, climbs, sprints, or choose a flat road, what we'll call 'happy pace,' something you can do easily.
