Indoor cycling class emphasizes cardiovascular training while strengthening leg muscles. The resistance band option works the upper body off the bike's handlebars. The live classes are recorded and can be found in on-demand video selection for $15/month. Please avoid competition with others in online cycling classes. Equipment Required
