Inspired by ballet, Pilates and Yoga. We will refine form and posture. We'll do isometrics and isolations. Enough repetitions to fatigue muscles so we can strengthen all over. We will work on finding balance, a sharp mind and body connection and cultivate a strong core as we deepen our connection to our generative breath. Props optional: light dumbbells, hip circle band, wall space/chair for balance
