Description

Learn the history of yoga, alignment of poses, breathing and meditation techniques to create a comprehensive yoga practice. Each class will have Ash diving into the basics of creating a yoga practice to give you a solid foundation to build from. While this class can be without props, students may want a yoga block and a yoga strap to aid in accessibility.
