Looking to start your yoga practice but not sure what to do? Come join for an introductory beginner yoga class! We will go over the basics but also allow time for freedom to explore your own personal practice! Already a seasoned yoga practitioner? Great way to refine your fundamentals or check in to see any new poses we will be going over during class!

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
