A class for beginning students as well as those with a Beginner's Mind. This slow flow class focuses on the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga, with special attention paid to alignment and breath. Build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, all with mindfulness and intention. Every class ends with a short meditation.
