Kundalini Yoga is all about moving energy (prana) from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. The movement of energy is to faciliate a connection to a higher power. Kundalini Yoga will provoke you - the poses will be held for a longer period of time than a typical Vinyasa class. This enables us to confront what our inner dialogue is and how we can be the best person we can be. Expect a core and arm workout, along with pranayama techniques (breath work). This class is beginner friendly with shorter length holds and is accessible to those who need to stay seated. I cannot wait to share this practice with you!
