Ready to get started with your yoga practice? This class offers a slow, guided style of traditional yoga. We will begin with centering our energies with meditation and a focused breathing practice. Next we will move through two rounds of sun salutation vinyasa practice with lots of guidance for modifying these postures. We will also practice a "teachers choice" of standing, balancing, or floor postures. This class will end with time to relax in your soon-to-be favorite pose - savasana!
