Description

It's time to raise the barre by adding some resistance to our traditional BarreFlow format. Grab a set of light dumbbells (1-3 lbs) and a barre or sturdy chair and get ready to work!

Equipment Required

1-3 lb weights are needed and a barre or sturdy support may be required.
