Description

This class focuses on the basics of Barreflow, breaking down the moves in each block so the student gains more knowledge of posture and alignment so they feel more confidence in a full 45 min Barreflow class. Great for seasoned Barre students who want a refresh on the basics.

Equipment Required

yoga mat; sturdy chair, wall, kitchen counter or back of couch. small core ball (optional)

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
