Barre Tabata is an intense booty blasting and arm sculpting workout that combines traditional barre exercises with bursts of high-intensity training in 20 seconds in the work, 10 seconds transition format. You will sweat and smile while you are working those muscles in this Barre/HIIT combo workout. Talk about a calorie torcher! You will need one set of small dumbells 2, 3 or 4 lbs and a surface (back of a chair, countertop etc.) to use as your "barre"...that's all! We will finish with a core burner to fire up those abs at the end of our workout!
