Barre Sculpt is a 40 minute class that combines traditional barre work with low intensity interval training bursts to maximize results. Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. You will need a light set of dumbells (1 - 4 lbs) and a surface (chair, counter etc.) to use as a barre.
