This class combines ballet inspired movements with traditional fitness components. It’s a fusion of cardio, strength, core and balance and will leave you feeling strong (and sweaty!) Equipment: light hand weights (2-5 lbs recommended) and a sturdy surface for balance (back of a chair, dresser, counter, etc)
