This low-impact class combines the arm and legwork of a barre class with a mat Pilates emphasis. The first half is focused on upper body and standing work with barre influences, and the last half is on the mat. This class will have a stronger emphasis on core than the Barre Burn class and will leave you feeling centered and aligned. Equipment: Mat, Light hand weights (optional), Grip socks (optional)

Equipment Required

Mat, Light Hand Weights, Resistance Band (optional to do without), Sliders (paper plates or dish towels are a good substitute)
