This 30-minute class combines the lengthening beauty of a traditional Barre class with "espresso shots" of muscular endurance and cardio HIITS. Whether you take "one shot" or "two shots with extra foam", BARRE-ista is perfect for first-time exercisers and seasoned movers and shakers alike, as a variety of movements to fit all fitness levels will be served by this barre-ista!
