Description

This high-impact cardio class combines circuit training with barre sculpting, resulting in a full-body workout that keeps your heart rate up. Each class will have three high-impact circuits with a short rest in between, a shorter, core-focused circuit on the mat and will finish with a cool-down stretch to safely bring your heart rate down. Equipment: Chair, Mat, Light hand weights (optional)
