Ballet Barre Fitness for all ages, shapes, and sizes. This class is a bit more intense than the Yoga classes I offer, but it is still fairly adaptable. It's a fun, upbeat workout that blends ballet barre movements with pilates and a bit of dance aerobics. Focus is on the bum, thighs, arms, and abs. You will need to use a sturdy chair (or couch back or countertop) for some of the movements. Small hand weights (2 - 3 lbs) are optional.
