This is our Barre Class done in a 30 minute format!!! Better to get a quick workout in than no workout. Our Barrelates styles classes fuse Barre and Pilates together taking the basic foundations of Pilates and combines them with ballet-inspired moves as well as incorporating elements of dance, yoga and strength training
Make sure to have a barre, chair or countertop as a support system. Also, bring light weights to each class. Use water bottles as alternatives if you don't have light weights.
