While we tackle the Barre in traditional ways we add some spice to it ! Bring in the bands as we sculpt the booty . As the beats are playing our core is on fire 🔥 fun 🤩 and nourishing environment for all levels .

Equipment Required

Mat - chair - bands - weights - Pilates ball - do not worry if you do not have all this equipment! Body weight is used to create resistance .
