Barre is a low-impact experience incorporating dance and Pilates-inspired movements. Previous dance or Pilates experience is not required. You will be guided through rhythmic combinations designed to strengthen, tone, and torch calories! This class proves that micro- movements can be game changers.

Recommended equipment: light dumbbells (1-5 lbs), small stability ball, mat You can still take the class without equipment :-)
