Barre is a great fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet. You will increase strength, flexibility, and balance. This low impact workout is an amazing class that leaves you feeling strong and beautifully graceful.

Equipment Required

Chair to be used as a Barre. Yoga Mat. Hand weights (1-5 lbs).
