Description

Join me for a unique, total body workout every Friday! We will use special equipment to enhance your stability and strength. A stability ball and mini loop resistance band will be used, as well as dumbbells to supplement as needed. Any balance or high-impact moved can be modified for any level!

Stability Ball Mini Loop Resistance Band Dumbbells (recommended but not mandatory)
