Have you ever wondered how dancers get such lean, toned bodies? Now, you get to find out for yourself! Ballet Boot Camp will offer you a low-impact (no jumping) workout that focuses on building every muscle group in your body- all through beautiful, graceful movement! Circle bands and light dumbbells (2-3lbs) are optional for this class!

Equipment Required

Optional : Light set of dumbbells (2-3 lbs) and circle bands

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
