You know that resistance ball you have hanging around collecting dust? Let's put it to use! A fun, upbeat class that hits "all the things". We target the core, arms and legs as we work on increasing our range of motion, strength and stability. The ball is an awesome tool for hitting muscles from all the angles. Modifications provided. Please ensure that you feel secure using the ball before participating.
