What is Hatha? This balanced approach to movement and stillness is what makes Hatha different from your everyday Vinyasa Flow. Beginners enjoy this class because of its range of postures and verbal instructions meant to help your understanding of the yoga postures. We will begin standing a progress to the floor for meditation. All are welcome! You may want a blanket, strap, block set-up for this class.
