Not only for beginners this class will utilize basic poses to address proper anatomical alignment for YOUR body, discuss the underlying principles of yoga philosophy to uncover our why's for showing up on the mat, and how this practice is a reflection of living as householders in a chaotic world that is not to be escaped but to fully be embraced so we can engage with an open heart and make the world a better place for ALL living beings.

Equipment Required

yoga mat, 2 blocks, 1 folded blanket, and a strap recommended
