This is a 45 minute session that will consist of nutrition and fitness basics. Each week we will talk about tips and advice to live a healthy lifestyle. 80% of the way you look is by your diet and 10% exercise so it is important that we know what and why we eat. Any extra time we will have a basic beginner workout.
