Welcome to this all levels Iyengar Yoga class. Iyengar Yoga is a style of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes on detail alignment of posture and aims at achieving precision and perfection in yoga poses with the help of props. The aim of this class is to make Yoga available and accessible to everyone, regardless of their flexibility, strength, age or stamina. Experience the transformations below as you practice Yoga consistently: From Stressed To Relaxed, From Anxious to Present, From Achy to Strong, From Scattered to Focused, From Agitated to Happy. This class is one stop Yoga haven for refreshing the mind and body through systematic sequencing of poses. Breathing consciously is the essence of Yoga as it helps in connecting with the 'pranic' energy within. When a person concentrates on the breathing process, he/she lets go of the past and future and is focused on the present moment which is extremely therapeutic.
