This is a yoga class that will give you full vitality/energy to make it thru the day. We will start slow with meditation and stretching. We will do some asanas/flows to build your endurance and strength. All levels are welcome and you can go at your pace.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
