This is athletic interval training at its best. We’ve got 45 minutes of non-stop, lighting fast intervals that are designed to burn calories, increase cardiovascular endurance and build lean muscle. In other words. . . you’re here to get fitter faster. Grab a set of dumbbells, a versa band, mat, water and a towel to soak up all the sweat. Let’s go to work!
