Suggestions to make the most of your At Home Yoga Nidra Experience: *Listen to the meditations through headphones. *Make yourself nice and cozy with blankets, pillows, in a nice quiet/private space in your home. *Light some incense, sage, palo santo, brew yourself some tea, and prepare to totally chill.
