Come join Jennifer Poore RYT 400, for an introductory yoga class. All levels are welcome. Ashtanga yoga is a therapeutic sequence that synchronizes breathing with postures. This yoga practice helps to heal, cleanse, and tone the body. Best of all, this form of yoga will also begin to give you the necessary tools to quiet the mind…both on and off the mat!
