Let's work together to build a strong upper body. We will focus on arms, for bicep and tricep strength, making the arms lean and strong! Then moving into the upper back for posture! Shoulders for movement and strength, finishing with the chest. All levels welcome! Light/medium weights needed. Don't miss this opportunity! A quick workout that will bring quick positive changes to your body!
