Ash has designed this class to be open and accessible to any level of yogi. If you're new to the mat, you'll receive the guidance needed to feel strong and confident in your practice. If you're an experienced student you'll be encouraged to expand your practice pose by pose. While this class can be without props, students may want a yoga block and a yoga strap to aid in accessibility.
