Besitos from Brody Puppy and a bunch of creating space. It's a practice of patience, slowness, and spaciousness. There's a little extra attention given to the shoulders, chest, and upper back. This gentle yoga practice aims to bring you back into relationship with your body and mind. There's lot of stretching, but also a good deal of alignment and subtle engagement - you chose how much to challenge yourself! Every posture will have options and variations, so this practice is truly for any level of practitioner, including those who have never tried yoga. Class wraps up with a relaxing savasana.
