In this soccer and tennis-themed class, the first half will focus on soccer movements, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, footwork, throw-ins, and goalie work. After a half-time stretch, we'll switch into tennis movements, such as lateral steps, different shots (forehand, backhand, overhead, at the net), and serving. After a cool down, you’ll leave class with the unique sense of joy and satisfaction that comes with playing sports!
