The first half will focus on soccer movements, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, footwork, throw-ins, and goalie work. After a half-time stretch, we'll switch into hockey movements, such as face-offs, offensive and defensive skating, passing, slap-shots, and goal-tending. After a cool down, you’ll leave class with the unique sense of joy and satisfaction that comes with playing sports!
