ACTIVATE! Energetic, mindful, challenging. Whole body workout rooted in Barre, with a fitness twist using weight and/or cardio intervals. Low/no impact, resistance-based strength training. Emphasis on postural alignment to draw awareness to the spine, core and pelvic floor. Flow through large range and small range movements and isometric holds. Leave feeling the glow: strong, elegant, open, refreshed, balanced, connected. Optional props = yoga mat, waist high surface, light-med weights, resistance band, resistance ball.
