The format of this class will be a 3 minute warm up followed by 3 circuits of 4 exercises utilizing medium to heavy weights enough to lift in the 8-12 rep range for a total body strength training class. We will end with stretches incorporating all of the muscles used. Throughout the class, I will speak and cue on how this particular exercise is making us stronger to lift our children or carry groceries into the house; how these bones are thanking us for the chance to build back better and stave off osteoporosis.

Equipment Required

Heavy and medium dumbbells , yoga mat, water bottle and towel
