Description

Join us as we Jam to your Favorite 90's Jams, for this Booty, Legs and Core HIIT Strength Workout. We will use Medium- Heavy Weights as we focus on building the glutes and toning the legs and Core. This Class combines strength and Cardio with the occasional resistance bands for Isometric movements.

Equipment Required

A Set of Medium weights (10lb-12lb) and Heavy Weights( 20lbs +) Resistance Bands
