Join us as we Jam to your Favorite 90's Jams, for this Booty, Legs and Core HIIT Strength Workout. We will use Medium- Heavy Weights as we focus on building the glutes and toning the legs and Core. This Class combines strength and Cardio with the occasional resistance bands for Isometric movements.
