BODY CONFIDENCE & POSTURAL MOVEMENTS: Stage presentation, speaker-confidence; "speaking with movement and the body, instead of words". Face yoga/expressions and somatic release; Pattern deconstruction and mannerisms; resolving emotions; combine this with EFT ('tapping') and emotional body - meridian awareness; reflexology and general body knowledge/anatomy. Self-soothing skills and visualization. This is a specialized class for improving business and speaker skills! For SOTS Clients, upon advancement only or recommendation! Low impact. Thursdays. Be prepared to discuss Cultural Relevance in Dance & Stage-Dress! Bring a yoga mat, if you've got one. Water bottle recommended. A scarf (like a neck scarf, or both men and women - we use it for dancing and making shapes with movement) or other flowy item is optional but helpful. Beginner+
