Come and join us for a wonderful 60min slow flow yoga practice where we will learn to combine breathing, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. Yoga poses are linked to breath to help reveal body awareness, inner strength and easeful opening. This practice is for EVERY-BODY and everybody at all levels.
