"After work Yoga" Vinyasa flow-style class, Levels 1-3. Beginners and Intermediate Level friendly! Advanced folks welcome. Get off the job, come out of work, and onto your yoga mat! This class is meant for an end-of-workday transition out of your mind and into your body. Includes beginning seated postures, an opening meditation with breathwork, and 45 minutes of vinyasa flow with a brief cooldown leaving you refreshed and recharged. Leads into the 7 PM class, which you can take back-to-back if you're a doubler! Think of this class as your Level 1-2 warmup, from 6-7 PM. Medium level workout. At 7 PM, immediately following this class, we have a Level 3+ class where we go deeper and into more advanced postures and deeper holds. More advanced folks are welcome and encouraged to join both classes. No experience required. 7 PM class offered only on Mondays and Tuesdays. -There is a 7 PM class on Thursdays but it is a special series; topic: stage speaking and presentation skills.
Yoga mat required; water bottle and towel recommended. Blocks, bolsters, and straps are optional.
